Mr. Jackson was very nice and knowledgeable. My "new" refrigerator broke down for the 4th time in 14 months and he was the 4th company sent to fix it. Mr. Jackson was the only repairman that actually fixed it correctly. He also took the time to explain what was wrong and possible causes. We have not had any trouble since. I would definately recommend him to anyone.

Our fridge went out, and our homeowners insurance referred us to Tri City Appliance. When my husband called for an appointment, they told him they would be out Tuseday morning. I took off half a day of work, and they never showed. When I called them to figure out what was going on, they told me that they had the appt. down for Wednesday. The lady was rude from the second she picked up the phone, and when I said I was unhappy with the service I was getting she told me if I didn't like it I should go somewhere else.
