This was the worst experience I have had in a restaurant in many years. The food was slow to prepare and swam in a bed of grease. The waiter added a 20% "sur-tax" to the bill because we used the Entertainment Card. When I spoke to the manager about it he was extremely rude and claimed it was his right to add the additional charge. If you go here plan to spend a lot of extra money on hidden...

Expensive, noisy, worst service ever!

Took over an hour to get a waitperson. She screwed up the order twice. After a half-hour waiting for her to come back after the dinner was served, a very capable waitperson from another section of the restaurant came over and helped us out. My ribeye was less than 1/2 inch thick and burnt--not the thick, juicy rare steak I ordered. The manager did comp us a dessert for the mistakes and poor...

we went when they had a flamenco music group. agreed that it's a nice ambiance, food was decent with great presentation, but you'd find better taste at places like don pablo's or other chain mexican places. margaritas were excellent, even the regular house.
