After reading other reviews was worried, but my experience was superb!! Jessi did mine. Perm color highlights and a trim.. best perm I have ever had!! Got my color and highlights perfect, and didnt trim more than ends where other places a trim they take off a few inches. Love it!!!

Schedualed a appointment for a coloring and a cut for my moms birthday and gave the girl my information. They neglected to notify me my appointment was cancled so much for my moma birthday present.

went in today and asked for a trim with no layers... got home and straightened my hair and i have a 4inch long bowl cut with choppy layers. going tomorrow to get my $ back
