I just got an oil change and nothing else on Friday,(3 days ago), and today I tried to rotate my tires and found one od=f my lug nuts have been over torqued and now its jammed on the stud. Great Install but Slow

Treadquarters did a good job of installing and balancing the tires. It took a lot longer than I was told. I made an appointment for 11am .... car was an hour later being taken into a bay. If I had known it was going to take so long I could have planned my day better since I had no choice but to wait for the tires to be installed.
