We arrived at 3:30 and they close at 5:00. Our son was on his way back to college and had blowout and it was an emergency. The man at the counter said that they close at 5 and they are busy and they not help us. 1 tire that is all we needed and we told him that we would put it on the car if they could just get it in the rim for us.
He said we are just to busy..

Made an appointment to have the tires mounted and balanced. It took Treadquarters in Suffolk VA. 6 hrs to complete this simple installation. When I make an appointment somewhere I expect that I will be taken care of at that time, not 6 hrs later.

Good service is hard to find these days. The lady behind the counter was busy as they were short handed that day. She took care of each customer in turn and stayed positive. The wait was longer than I liked but she wrote up the order properly and we unloaded the wheels from my truck. We returned a few hours later and they were just finishing he last tire install. I showed up with no appointment and even though they were extremely busy that day, they managed to squeeze me in. By the way, they finished my car after they closed instead of making me wait until the next day.
