I took my husbands car in to be looked at a Kevin put it up on the lift. First his car had just been hit from behind. It only scratched the bumper and after everyone said the good byes and all was ok no need to claim insurance. The car started to make noise. Very scary thinking you made a big mistake. Kevin found that the heat protector above the tail pipe and slipped. He refastned it and charged us nothing. What a great relief. It fealt great that nothing serious was wrong. Thanks again.

I have had many other tire stores sale and install tires for me, however, the team at this TQ was by far the best. I showed up with a dually covered in snow and ice during the record snowfall. I never felt like I was a bother, quite the opposite, they seemed happy I was there.
No haggle or issues. Install and alignment were fast and reasonable.
I can't rate this Tread Quarters as high as I'd wish. Their customer waiting area is uncomfortable, there's no free wifi, it took way too long to install the tires, especially since I had made an appointment and arrived within 10 minutes of it, the service managers were barely friendly.
