Very friendly staff, spoke with the manager as well as the men who worked on my car. Informed me of when they found/saw something (like a bent rim I knew about) and moved it to the back for me so I wouldn't feel it in the wheel.

I was advised that tires were in for install - I called the installer and said I would be coming down in an hour - upon arrival I learned about the waiting period of round about four hours.they should have told me when I called!!I made an appointment for another day and that worked out OK
