Horrible. Dropped truck off at 12 for a tire rotation. Was told it be an hour wait. Truck wasn't pulled in until 2 then didn't start work on it for another 30 minutes. Horrible service.

Well here's another reason never to go to this business. I dropped my vehicle off and wanted to have a tire patched, the oil changed, tires rotated, and vehicle aligned. Almost nine hours and no apology later they said it was done. My wife picks it up and they provide her with no information. She says the vehicle still feels mis-aligned. I go up to the shop to find out they can't align it...

After getting a price quote elsewhere for buy 3 get 4 free tires, we stopped in our closest Tread Quarters to see if they would match the price since their location was more convienent. My wife took our car in for a state inspection and it failed for brakes. No big deal. What happened next was they told her that if she did not fix it there it would have to be towed and if she left they would have to call the state police. BEWARE!!! This business flat out lied and attempted to intimidate my wife when she took the car in for a state inspection. They tried to tell her the car could only be towed away if she did not get her brakes fixed with them. They offered to ""fix"" the front brakes for $695.00. LOL, what idiots! Search for other reviews and you will find a trend of dishonest service. Overpriced, dishonest!
