Bin 555, Nice atmosphere, but mediocre service

I recommend this restaurant due to the atmostpherem\, however I think by a chance of bad luck I received the unknowledgable server of the night. So I will not let this taint my view of the restaurant just yet. However the cuisine was quite nice and I will be attending it one more time, however with a different server

THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bin 555 Restaurant Review

Chef Jason Dady first unleashed his talent at the now-shuttered The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills. The closing of that formal dining room is a shame, but it means that Dady is now devoting more time to the Bin --- and the food shows it. The restaurant has been reconfigured to feature an opening to the kitchen, and it’s likely the chef will be front and center. Trips to Spain’s gastro-Meccas...

Editorial Review

Tapas cuisine and an extensive selection of vintage wines gives this warm, wood-work restaurant a homey feeling.

Came for an anniversary dinner for the first time as we've had many great date nights at tre trattoria. Great experience. Warmly welcomed. Service was wonderful. Both waiter and chef gladly accommodated a vegetarian diet by altering existing items and it was all delicious. Nutella three ways is heavenly.

One of my favorite places. Jason Dady's lesser known Tre restaurant always pleases with great rustic Italian food in a warm atmosphere and excellent service. I could live on the goat cheese tomato jam sandwiches, the gnocchi and any of Jason's ragus.

Delicious Italian with a unique take on some old time favorites. Grilled goat cheese sandwiches topped with tomato jam were scrumptious. The Chicken Ragu tasted like an Italian version of chicken pot pie. Highly recommend both dishes!

Although we went on a Friday night they had one serving of the Chic Part left from the Thursday night special. It was big, 24oz and three of us split it and took a large part home. Very delicious!!
