Checked in fast. Got there early and they gave me parking pass right away. Very nice family running motel.

Was not satisfied with the room. Not like what was avertized. Room was not clean at all. Only thing help did was empty trash and change the towels. I suffered with insect bites this week.

Rooms need an upgrade

When we arrived we were given the wrong room. The fellow working the desk was so nice we really couldn't be mad. About the room- it needs a serious upgrade. Since this hotel is on the main drag in Va Beach, this room probably sees thousands of people a year and boy does it look it. The beds were not comfortable and the walls are paper thin. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I stayed in this hostel with my wife and son. My parents were at Hilton hotel close by and they came to visit us. The hostel charge me additional $118 without my approval just because my parents came to visit us. I talked with the person at the front desk and showed him evidence where they stayed. But he is very rude and told me he doesn't care...
