Well where I start. He was on time and the car was nice. Now for the real review. John must have been very tired from the night before because he was falling asleep at the wheel on a Sunday morning. With my family in the car. We still gave him a $25 tip and left for our cruise. Sunday Morning when we docked we called and left him a voice mail as instructed to. Then he proceeds to not call back....

All I can say about this company is that they go above and beyond our expectations every single time!! Brooke and Jon really know their business and it shines in all of our interactions with them. Being a high profile family, it's hard to find trustworthy people with discretion and integrity. My daughter was recently in the area and Jon took good care to make sure she was comfortable! The cars were clean and he did so many things to make sure things ran smoothly. He was able to make last minute changes in his schedule to accommodate us and his service and prices can't be beat! I have been using this company for the last 4 years. I come to Florida twice a month and I have never experienced anything but outstanding service and professionalism!! John and Brooke really know what they are doing! The cars are clean and modern and you can't beat their prices!!! I always refer my family and friends to them also!!! KEEP IT UP!!!
