Just had a terrible experience. In the back of the store where they have scooters that kids want to try out they had a plastic wrapped puzzle on the floor. I noticed that the corner pieces were askew, but didn't think a thing of of it until an employee accused my son of tearing it open when he bumped into the back of it while trying out a scooter.
