The staff during the Holidays were awesome. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a very tall employee name Corey, and he was VERY POLITE to me and the people i sent up there. He was very helpful and assisted my husband and I until the end of our visit there. It is people like Corey that make shopping a ease and customers coming back.

I have tried on more than one occasion to call Toys R Us to verify stock information and they would not answer their phones. I would not recommend calling the Toys R Us in Duncanville.
