This location sucks!!! Customer service is horrible. No one greeted when I came in, spent 10 minutes waiting on a baby registry because no one was at the desk and employees were no where to be...

The staff is friendly but they are ALWAYS out of something that I need! Formula, a certain baby food, you name it, they ain't got it! And why is there only one line open at all times!...

I've been to many Toys R' Us stores and this is the absolute worst experience ever. They have the worst customer service and an even worst assistant manager (named Jim). He could have cared less about my issue and completely blew me off. He wouldn't even make eye contact with me as I stood in front of him trying to have a conversation with him.
