Horrible service took a perfectly running SUV for oil change and left with the vehicle driving really bad only to find out Technician never reassembled the parts from the oil change they deserve no stars

I had the very best customer service that I have had in 40+ years at Toyota Carlsbad from Vanessa and Walt in installing cruise control in my new Toyota car which a sales person said that I did have and because I didn't check it first before leaving the lot I did call when I got home to explained I needed it to travel now so they were wonderful in sending someone out to my home today to install...

We've chosen Toyota Carlsbad for 3 new cars over the years- even though we live (literally) a block from the Escondido dealer. The reason? THE BEST SERVICE AND SALES!!! We love TC!!

Steven was super resourceful and helped me out with any questions I had and seemed very interested in me as a customer and not just a regular salesman. He made it so that I wouldn't have to pay anything and made it very easy to understand with the payments and the plan.
