They told me their shipping prices were the same as as the FedEx store down the road, so I shipped package through them. I immediately checked the FedEx web site and found out that was not true and that they were almost double the cost for my shipment. I called them to stop the delivery and they refused to issue a refund. The owner refused to talk to me. I was told she didn't have time to talk...
