My dog was diagnosed Sept 2014 with cancer. The medical/office staff became obsessed with the future death of my dog. Everyone had an opinion. She is still happy and running around playing but the day of the diagnosis we were advised to put her down right then. Why would I put such a happy energetic dog down? Add ME to the list of who's dogs received unnecessary procedures. I have a non profit dog rescue and one of my fosters dogs was given over $600.00 worth of procedures that she did not need due to veterinary incompetence.
