Terrific place to shop for both in stock jewelry and custom made pieces along with repairs. The quality and prices are fabulous. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my jewelry.

I'd like to rate this place much higher, I really would but all the reviews are correct. They never call anyone back, seem to be disorganized and clueless most of the time. It is amazing that they stay in business. When you go there, they are very nice and helpful but seem to be in total disarray and scrambling. These ladies are awful at customer service! We have had to get after them for months on getting a verification for a diamond ring! Seriously?! Guess what...it's 2.5 months and we've still gotten the run around with lame excuses!! Don't go here! Try Malak Jewelers at the Arboretum...they are super nice and professional and also gave me a much better deal when I brought some gold jewelry in to sell.
