They say they are open on Saturdays? False. I called three times, somebody answered the first time...but my phone pooped out on me. Called back twice no answer so I left a message..nobody got back to me a whole day later. I even showed up..place was "closed" (even though hours say open at 10?) except there was a woman in her car sitting right Infront of the salon almost waiting for me to knock...
Went in and asked for a trim, got one, took about 1 minute. Paid bill. Next day hair was not in shape it was drooping when it should have been standing., I wear my hair short, a graduation cut short at ears to long on top. I went back next day, and asked her to fix the dropping hair bits but she did not know how to fix the trim she did so she CUT it. WAY to short, it is horrible, the worst...
