We were looking for a surveillance system and we thought they were all the same. When Dominick showed up at our office he explained everything in detail. He even brought the competitors camera equipment and explained the differences. He was more than happy to give us a full demonstration of their equipment.After the installation Dominick came back around to give a a comprehensive training on the equipment and the customized software design for our needs. What we have found was that when we were speaking with other companies they weren't as knowledgeable as the representative from Total Tech. All the people that we dealt with from Total Tech were very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and prompt with all of our needs.It was after our first meeting that our team was happy with Total Tech and now they are handling all of our needs and locations. We are very excited to be part of their (LIV"e") Program. They are the first people to monitor live video cameras at their central station facilities. Take my word for it. You will be more than happy to know that they are all licensed and bonded and come with full clearance for all your government and corporate sensitivity needs.
