I would never go back to them again.An lets be clear im talking about total car care in portsmouth.i needed my steering column on my 1998 lincoln replace an was very low on cash.instead of them looking for a reasonably priced steering column which i found online for 159$ an charge me for that an labor they opt for the most expensive one they could find an was going to charge me 600$ to fix.i...

I will never go to another auto repair shop in Virginia, they are reasonably priced, honest, they tell you what you need why you need it and prioritize your repairs what more can you want in an auto repair shop

Never been and NEVER will. I've heard NOTHING gd about the airline chesapeake location. Word of mouth is you bring your car for an oil change and allegedly they take a hammer to it or pull other part's apart than drive around for day's in it racking up toll charges to cause other problem's to your vehicle for money.they just don't fix the one problem you asked to be fixed . Than they add parts...

this is an honest business that treats its patrons well, I know cars, just dont like to work on them anymore, Robert will fix what needs to be fixed and charge you a fare price,. bottom line.
