As a former employee, the comments below are not surprising. TBS Carolinas are a sneaky bunch. There is tremendous competition in this space and the sales staff don't care how they get the sale. Service and install techs generally have no clue what was promised and therefore copier solutions are sketchy. So, you can discount these comments as trivial or move forward with your next...
