We get consistently good carry out here. We especially like the fresh Chinese style donuts -- what a treat. also a favorite are the steamed dumplings and the hot/sour soup. everything we have had is good. And quick.

After checking in late to our hotel, we wanted good, reasonably priced Chinese takeout. We could not have been happier with Top's. It's a standard strip mail location, no frills.
