Help us make it rightMy wife and I's favorite chain! It shas the best steaks cooked to perfection. I am the last person to ever shill for a place but they deserve it. Everytime time we've went in the last year or so( about 10+ times) we have received top quality food and excellent service. I am leaving for wilmington, NC soon and I will sincerely miss this place. We eat out quite a bit ,and at lots of diferent places through out hampton roads. This is the best overall chain if you want a consistently great steak. If you're definitely in the mood for a great steak, and you don't wanna gamble on a new place, or you wanna try a different chain this is the place to go. This is our default restaurant for steaks when we just wanna have a nice dinner guaranteed. The service has always been very friendly and personal,and the prices are right too. I promise you won't be let down.( You'd think I was the owner the way I talk but I mean it) I would make a bet with you if I could, thats how much I enjoy this restaurant. When you find a good place stick with it! We have.
the silverware was filthy with spots all over it and my wife didnt get her meal served until everyone else was already finished eating theirs. Will not be back because this is the second time in a row this has happened!!!
Most of the time this place is great! Of course being that everything is cooked to order, mistakes happen or are just not to someones liking. Waitstaff is wonderful, always smiling. Most everything is homemade too!

The prime rib had absolutely no flavor, the baby backs were, of all things, greasy, and the rib eye was tough. All in all, a very bad meal for a restaurant that specializes in steak. To top if off, the service was mediocre. Did not have a good experience or a good meal in a restaurant specializing in preparing steaks.
