Help us make it rightTop Cleaners and Alteration is the ONLY place I would go if I wanted any bridal alterations or alterations that were complicated. There is no other place that I know of in the Tidewater area that does this type of work. And, it is done to perfection! I've been using them since the day they opened (2005) and have always been pleased.

They are great with alterations and will have it done several days before you need it.
Use them for all of my dry cleaning. pretty quick turn around and very fair pricing. Nice people who run the place. Only a few times had to get something redone that was stained and didn't come...
