Tony's is almost certainly the best pizza in Elizabeth City. The service is friendly and welcoming to families. My wife and I order out pizza from here basically every week, and have not had any complaints in well over a year of eating here.

The largest calzone i've ever seen. It was delicious! The prices were decent for the amount of food you received. Good service.

Outstanding Family owned and operated Italian food in EC.
My wife had the Linguini with Mussels and Clams, good-sized portion, full of flavor and good value.
I tried their Veal Marsala, Wow it's the real deal made with real VEAL not made pressed-sawdust veal that other places use.
Good sized portion, full of flavor and decent value.

I was on business travel in E-City for 20 weeks. I went to Tony's at least once a week for lunch. I usually got the Italian hoagie and a small salad.
