I am really disappointed in the service that I received at the Academy. I understand that this is a school and students are learning. This company is insanely terrible. I will never get my hair done here again due to so many reasons, main one being it sucks! The atmosphere is cold and snooty. NO THANK YOU, fair warning for others, find a stylist that's right for you, not just a compny name! ick.

Toni and Guy is aweful and here is why!
* I went in asking for 1 1/2" taken off and the student took off 3" or more. That was just the begining.
* She also cut my hair crooked so the right side was about an inch short than the left side. My 11 year nephew could have cut straighter than that girl did!
* The worst part is that an instructor came over, looked at my hair and signed off on her...
