Very clean, not crowded, and 24/7 access... that's what I like best about this gym. However, it can be ""click-ish"" where 3 or 4 girls (who go to ALL the classes) talk/gossip to each other constantly (and loudly) during each of the classes and it was VERY annoying. Some of the teachers tried to politely stop them but could not. The owner did nothing. This, and the fact that there's a limited...

I have been coming here for 2 years now - it's a great environment for women! Friendly staff, great classes & instructors, cardio equip & 30 minute circut... you'll actually enjoy coming in for a workout. The 24 - 7 access is great, you can choose the time you want to come in & workout. The place is always very clean & there's plenty of parking outside. You will be so glad you joined this...
