I go in to this store at least 2 to 3 times a month,great prices. very ,very rude customer service!!! NEVER....have i ever heard of a store that allows there employees to curse there customers, i think that needs to checked into! sounds to me like this person is picking and chooseing your customers. if they dont like you then there rude in hopes you dont come back... dont worry... i surely will...

Awesome Premium Cigar and Cigarette shop. Lower prices than Emersons or Border Station. Easy in Easy out Easy parking. Staff Very Friendly.

I have never been to a smoke shop that has been so unprofessional in my entire life! The customer service was completely terrible, when I had asked a couple questions to their clerk she was downright rude and vulgar. I have been a consistent customer of their stores but this one in particular is not worth the time of day. A new manager would solve that problem...

helpful staff and good selection, but they didn't have filters for rolling your own cigarettes or drum tobacco.
