I have been doing business with The Tile Shop since as an Installer and was on their Contractor Referral List since Feb 2007. I have done a lot of Tile jobs for their Customers and Never came across a situation where the customer was?

I have been doing business at this store, as an interior designer, for years and stopped to leave my positive feedback. I was appalled, however, someone could say such a thing about Trey! I remember him as always being sweet,?

Fantastic store, VERY helpful and VERY patient.\r
When I saw the previous comment I called the store to ask about Trey, a person I wasn't familiar with, and found out Trey has not worked at the store for years. Apparently for good reason!

I have done a lot of Tile jobs for their Customers and Never came across a situation where the customer was left unhappy. 99% of the jobs I installed for them went smoothly. When something went wrong ( and sometimes they do...were only human) they were quick to fix...

I have been doing business at this store, as an interior designer, for 7 years and stopped to leave my positive feedback. I was appalled, however, someone could say such a thing about Trey! I remember him as always being sweet, soft-spoken, if anything. Wonderful store for inspiration! Great staff and not pushy. All my clients have had great experiences selecting there... I would send my tile business there anyday.
