They didn't have my appointment on the books even though I called the day before to make one. I think they just don't worry about appointments too much. Good installer but made mistake of requesting wheel alignment. As expected, need major repairs of front end. Surprising that repairs that was required had been done less than a year ago from a trusted mechanic family friend!! Not surprised.

Epic fail. Had a blow out on the freeway so I stopped here, en route home. Sat there for 45 minutes...no one looked at the tire or gave me an update in the meantime. Wanted my key so I could leave but both members of the desk staff were around the side handing out in the service bay, where I had to go to ask them to come inside to do their job.
