I needed 4 new tires. I got prompt friendly service, arriving at 3:45 and out by 4:30. They don't do appointments, but are faster than other tire stores and Sears. No extra selling or price surprises. Crusty owner Ken wasn't there, but I look forward to making his acquaintance on my next visit.
