They do not make appointments, which is fine, but their estimation of how long a simple tire changeover is remarkably inaccurate--they should be able to predict this fairly accurately! There were several of us waiting for hours. The person at the desk was not a friendly person, and wanted to charge me twice what the Tire Warehouse quote had been.
