Three months ago, I purchased a car, for my niece from these guys. Three months later it needs tires. Obtained a quote and then they wouldn't honor THEIR quote but instead attempted to raise the price. I recommend looking for other options as opposed to doing business with these folks.

I purchased a car from this place in October, it is now January only 3 months later and needs new tires. I don't understand how it passed inspection if in 3 months it needs tires. Then i get a quote and they raise it by almost $35. This is a poor place to do business with

The tire prices are decent compared to their competitors and Lindsay has excellent customer service skills and is very helpful over the phone, she has informed knowledge of her products! After a small discrepancy with a higher invoice quote versus the online quote, which was handled in my favor as well as quite a long wait, 2+ hours, I must say I am still very impressed with Tire Pros service....

Got some new tires. They matched an online price without question and turned me on to a rebate on the tires I wasn't even aware of. They were fast, had good wifi access, and zero hassle. I'll be back!

Some of the best service I've ever had! Jimmy is awesome. Everybody that works there is so friendly and very professional. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know.
