Incredible Customer Service

I stopped by with not plans on buying, just to look and price. I was shown a lot of options and before I knew it my tires and parts were on the way. Super fast service , I have no complaints what so ever. I have sent two other friends there and all went well. I am going back very soon for wheels too. Thanks Tire City

Worst service I've ever had anywhere! Bought four new tires. In less than a week and less than miles one began to leak from a pinhole in a side wall. They made me wait for three hrs to get it repaired (should have replaced) and then had?

I purchased four new tires. Six days and 80 miles later I found I had a pin hole leak in a side wall.After waiting three hours and some complaining they finally got to it and decided it could be patched. This tire had no damage in any way. This was a factory issue and not due to any road hazard yet they tried to charge me $22.00 for the repair. When I told them I refused to pay it the owner...
