My first of three allergy testing appointments was scheduled for July 2, 2015. I had been prescribed a steroid to begin four days prior to the appointment. On July 1, fewer than 24 hours before my appointment, the office called and advised me that my July 2 appointment was being cancelled due to "building construction". I cannot conceive that they just arrived at the revelation... Coincidentally, the date was leading up to the Independence Day Holiday.
I asked about the four days of steroids I had been taking in preparation for the appointment and received a passive, "Well maybe we can get you another prescription called in". I cancelled the two remaining appointments and am seeking another allergist... I had hoped for better.
Terrible ... terrible bedside manners ... insist on surgery constantly..no matter what ...
Very knowledgeable, great staff, but doctor tends to push for surgery way too much. In two appointments with the doctor, both times he insisted on surgery. Got a second opinion and working on a treatment plan instead of going into surgery. Feel like was seen as some quick cash instead of a patient. He appeared mad that I was refusing the quick surgery he kept pushing for.
Dr. Lee and his staff provide the highest level of medical treatment AND customer care. You may have read this about other medical practices, but pay close attention to two important points expressed in that sentence: medical treatment AND customer care.
Dr. Lee is compassionate, knowledgeable and effective. He resolved my issues in the best way possible.
