Help us make it rightTime Warner Cable is far worse than any other provider in Milwaukee. The customer service dept is horrible. Good luck paying your bill. Oh and service, get comfortable with interruptions and service shrugging you off. If you have a different cable provider in your area use them instead. TWC is a monopoly and abuse the customers.
We have continual interruptions in service lasting anywhere from a few second to over 1/2 hour at a time. Today we had almost 15 interruptions in our service, including total blackouts with just static on the screen to reception that looked like we were 50 miles fronm a tower with lots of hills between.
