If you like hell, then this is the place to go. Terrible service, non-existent customer service, and a never ending wait. Switch to Direct TV and save your sanity and time.

I'm so sick of Time Warner Cable. For the past 3 months my cable & Internet stops working like every week or so. They need to get their sh*t together cause I'm not going to continue paying for services that DON'T work half the time. This is ridiculous!!!! Smh

Worst ISP out there. Don't give TWC any of your money. 70% of the time there's outages. When you do have internet it's the slowest. Don't believe me? Google search "twc outage rates high point nc" or any nc city for that matter. Of any state. Switching.
