Just want to thank Time Warner Cable for allowing us to pay over $120 a month to have the excellent ability to watch the same shows and movies over and over and over again! And the commercials are outstanding and plentiful. As usual, we were quoted the $89 triple special but of course the end result each month is above and beyond that amount. Bought a new house in Esperance & the only internet provider in the area is Time Warner & of course there is no lines running to my house, the customer service people didn't care they couldn't wait to sale me service! But have 2 days of getting the run around from they it basically comes down to they will send some out when they get around to it to let me know how much I will have to pay up...

Ted, the service dude that literally just walked out of my door was awesome....Time Warner as a whole sucks...I've been calling for a month since upgrading services to let them know I haven't received any services for this past month. Why should I pay for it if I haven't received or used it? Spoke to retention dept 3 times to resolve & still nothing. Making one last call or going with another...
