Full of want to be gang bangers, lots of drugs and crime, i have lived on the next street for years and the whole area of warwick lawns as it is known needs to be torn down

I lived at Timberwoods from 1980 to 1988 and enjoyed it pretty much. We'd have a roach or two once in a while but we'd call and management would spray. Since it was a co-op then, we could make improvements inside as we were part owners and got a tax break (which is why I moved there). These apartments were alright and were located near the heart of Denbigh, which was helpful when shopping, etc.

Timberwoods has changed! I seen how nice it is now. It use to be old looking and not so clean. Now everything looks new. Somebody spent some money out here.
