Racial profiling at its BEST! Frequent shoppers of Timberland in Jackson as they have the same clothes as online at half the price, so, you certainly can not beat the price! BUT, their customer service is TERRIBLE and some of their employees should be FIRED. Twice in the past few months, we have felt extremely uncomfortable when purchasing items from the store. Either getting followed around or waiting for you outside of the fitting room...so uncomfortable. Employees should be better trained to handle diversity as this is truly unacceptable this day and age!
