I have a 2 bedroom apt and my experience here has been very good. I like the fact there is an on-site manager. Prices are what you would expect for a 2 bedroom in this area. During the summer I like to walk and this is a great neighborhood for that. When something needs to be fixed it gets done right away. I recommend this apartment.

I've been looking for an apt. in the Laconia NH area and happen to see the listing for Timberlake apts in Laconia. i love it here at timber lake apartments here in Laconia,NH friendly neighbors no drugs or heavy drinkers i love it i get along good with kevin the manager here and my fellow neighbors i just need the teenagers to stop hanging in the hall ways at night and interupting others piece and quiet it is not fair we have to do it for them but they don't do it for us other wise this is the best...
