I asked Tim to mail a check to my new address over the phone, the check was sent to the old address. I called and he got an attitude saying he sent it where I told him to send it. Rather than just sending a replacement check to the correct address, he debated things with me. I don't want an insurance guy that argues with clients. Two thumbs down.
