Outstanding Tae Kwon Do academy. John and Rachael have a gift when it comes to teaching. The classes are challenging but fun. The adult HIIT kickboxing classes are excellent.

Kickboxing rocks!!!

So I thought I would try their kickboxing program to see if it could help me lose weight. After taking the first class I knew this is what I needed! They really push you to do you best and give it all you got. The bag drills are my favorite because I can beat them to a pulp and get all my frustration and stress out...definitely recommend it. Haven't done yoga yet but it is my next step and I might even try Taekwondo!!!

I would highly recommend this Dojo for any children that have ADHD or ADD problems because this program and Taekwondo teaches alot about self-discipline and focus! Excellent!
