For them to garnish your wages, they would have filed suit in court and obtained judgement against you. You would have received papers from the court all along the way. First of all, you must not have read everything I wrote. I don't have a problem paying what I owe. I have a problem with how this company handles their business. They have stopped and started this process so many times that it is ridiculous. Obviously, they can't get it together. By the way, I walk when I feel like it. I've always had more than one vehicle to rely on. Thank you for your opinion.
How do you know FOR SURE how much you owe? How do you know they are not taking more than they have the right to? The only official amount is what is written in the judgement. You need to get to the courthouse and get a copy of the judgement, if you don't have one, then see how much has been deducted so far and only then will you know where you stand on this. Don't rely on their figures.
I would not recommend anyone to use this company. I had a vehicle in 2004 that was financed through Tidewater. When I lost my job and was unable to pay, they repo'd the vehicle.
