Unprofessional, people. I would never bring my dog back there for shelter (went on a business trip). Their prices are the lowest in the Tidewater area for a reason. Friendly staff....very helpful and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean. I use this kennel regularly. They also train dogs and have a great groomer. My dog improved so much after training. He now has manners and is a gentleman! I love the TLC and outside playtime!!! Definitely recommended.
