This business called me at 8:30AM to harass me regarding an out standing balance for a client of mine. Nobody would identify themselves at THI and decided to hang up on us when we called back to help them resolve the issue. It turns out they they were billing the wrong person but refuse to stop harassing my elderly clients.. I called the collection agency that THI hired to collect on the account and they agreed to cancel this account, but advised they can't call off the viscous hounds at Tidewater Heart Institute. I think this situation speaks volumes about this business and people should think carefully before getting involved with them.
