Tidewater auto electric Horrible customer service, rip offs

I took my car 07 dodge charger, to tidewater auto electric in chesapeake because the anti theft kicked in due to a bad key, I took my car to them they told me my anti theft security module had went bad and i needed a new one. They claimed they could call the dealer and get the code to reset it. They stated they tried that after having it for two days, after that they said it read invalid code...
