I recently got a remote start installed in my car and after a week it stopped working. Called told them the issue. They apologized and told me to bring it in. Did that, just to find out they couldn't fix it and had 5 other cars ahead of me with the same issue. Took my car to best buy to have them check out why my remote start wouldn't work. How about they diagnosed my car in a hr told me that this place bypassed very important parts of the installation. For my trouble they didn't even charge me. People take the time and money to get your car work done by professionals. I'm very disappointed in this place... All the previous good reviews and now there falling apart. Smh

I brought my own parts from NAPA Auto Parts due to my experience with the quality of their parts and Tidewater Auto Electric installed them in a very professional manner. They installed a new alternator and Serpentine Belt. They ended up charging me less than their original estimate. Do they posess business integrity? I would say "Yes". Thank you for a great Job.
I dropped my car off for an inspection with a small quarter sized crack in the driver side window. When I returned there was a crack along the entire length of the window. No one bothered to call.
