This is the best work out! Instructors are great, music is fun and you work hard!
My friends will atest to how addicted I became to spinning when I found Tidal Wheel. Love the staff! Love the instructors! Love the workout! Love the energy I have after I leave there! Highly recommend for all fitness levels.
I came for the workout, but I've stayed and become a monthly member because of the instructors. Mike, Eric, Alyssa, and the rest of the team truly love what they do and it shows through their classes. I can't imagine not coming to TidalWheel every week and wouldn't want to spin anywhere else!
Tidal Wheel is the most addicting workout I've ever experienced. You actually have fun working hard. Go just once and you'll be hooked for sure! Love it!!
